New Delhi, Jul 13 (UNI) The Karkardooma court in Delhi on Monday dismissed the bail plea of expelled Aam Admi Party (AAP) councillor Tahir Hussain, in connection with the murder of Intelligence Bureau (IB) staffer Ankit Sharma during the riots in northeast Delhi on February 25.
Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Yadav asserted that Hussain was present at the crime spot and used rioters as "human weapons, who on his instigation could have killed anybody."
The court refused to approve the bail application of Hussain, being the main accused in the case.
