Delhi records 2,520 COVID-19 cases, 59 deaths

New Delhi, Jul 3 (UNI) Delhi recorded 2,520 COVID-19 cases and 59 deaths in the past 24 hours, taking the tally to 94,695 and death toll to 2,923.

On a positive note, 2,617 more patients were cured and discharged in the same time, bringing the total recovered to 65,624, a health bulletin said on Friday night.

Cases under active medical supervision have witnessed a slight decline and stand at 26,148.

As per the government data, 15,878 patients are having mild or no symptoms and under home isolation.

The containment zones across the national capital are 445. The total number of tests conducted till date have reached 5,96,695.
