Delhi polls: EC notice to BJP's Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga over campaign song video

New Delhi, Jan 25 (UNI) The Election Commission has issued a notice to BJP's candidate from Hari Nagar Assembly constituency Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, over his campaign song video.
Returning Officer, Hari Nagar Assembly constituency, issued notice to the BJP candidate here over
his campaign song video "Bagga Bagga har jagah".
Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga has been directed to state within 48 hours that why expenditure for the song
should not be computed and added to his poll expenses.
The notice further said that the decision of Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC)
will be final on the subject if the BJP candidate fails to reply within the prescribed time.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Bagga said, 'Complaints are being given against me in the
Election Commission, Kejriwalji is scared of me, Sanjay Singh has been sent to Hari Nagar Assembly
40 times in the last 4 days, I am a common man and Kejriwal's candidate contesting against me has
assets worth Rs 50 crore."
