Delhi Police says man performing stunt at vehicle not a police personnel

New Delhi, Jun 26 (UNI) After a Tik Tok video of a man performing stunt on a vehicle with Delhi Police label went viral, the Police on Wednesday clarified that the vehicle in the video is confirmed to be of a private contractor which was taken for hire on certain duties.
The vehcile is not a Delhi Police vehicle, the police said and further clarified that the man performing stunt is 'not' a policeman, but is a friend of the private driver of the hired vehicle.
Accordingly, the private contractor has been issued a Show Cause Notice for the violation, and necessary legal action will be taken against him, the police said.
