New Delhi, May 13 (UNI) The Delhi High Court on Thursday granted anticipatory bail to Mumbai-based TV journalist Varun Hiremath in connection with a rape case against him.
Disposing Hiremath's plea for anticipatory bail, Justice Mukta Gupta said that the Court's order will not be uploaded online and the parties would be given a dasti copy.
According to the complaint of a 22-year-old woman, it was alleged that the 28-year-old TV anchor raped her at a five-star hotel in Chanakyapuri on February 20.
