Delhi Govt prepared to deal with 100 cases of corona everyday: Kejriwal

New Delhi, Mar 27 (UNI) Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said the Delhi Government is prepared to deal with 100 new cases of COVID-19 everyday.
Addressing a digital press conference here, Mr Kejriwal said, "Delhi Government is prepared to deal with 100 new cases of corona everyday. Our team is preparing to deal with 500 to 1000 new cases every day if situation escalates.
The Chief Minister said 100 hospitals are being readied with ambulance, ventilators and medical staff.
"We had set up a team of five doctors to work out a plan so we are prepared in case the number
of Coronavirus cases rises rapidly,' he said.
The Chief Minister assured his counterparts of all other states that the City Government was
taking care of everyone living in Delhi.
'We will try to extend all possible help to the migrants living in the national Capital,' Mr Kejriwal said.
The Chief Minister also announced that free food will be provided in 325 Schools of Delhi for the
homeless and the needy.
"We will feed 4 lakh people in Delhi from tomorrow. No one will sleep hungry in our Delhi,' Mr Kejriwal said.
