New Delhi, Mar 2 (UNI) The Delhi Cabinet on Tuesday approved child welfare schemes worth Rs 185 crore.
The Delhi Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, took major decisions to release funds for scholarships to SC/ST/OBC communities, funds under Ladli scheme, aid and equipment for children with special needs and augment library infrastructure in Delhi Government schools, the Delhi Government said in a statement.
Cabinet approvals of Rs 100 crore for the Ladli Scheme would benefit school going girls.
