Delhi Assembly polls: 7 Cong leaders file nominations

New Delhi, Jan 20 (UNI) A total of seven Congress leaders including Haroon Yusuf, Arvinder Singh Lovely, Alka Lamba, Poonam Azad, Mukesh Goel, Adarsh Shastri and Priyanka Singh on Monday filed their nominations for the February 8 Delhi Assembly polls.
The Congress has fielded former AAP leader Ms Lamba from Chandni Chowk, Delhi Congress leader Mr Yusuf is contesting from Ballimaran seat, former Delhi Education Minister Mr Lovely has been fielded from the Gandhi Nagar seat, Ms Azad, wife of Kirti Azad, the party's election campaign committee chairman, is contesting from Sangam Vihar, and Mr Goel from Aadarsh Nagar.
Aam Aadmi party rebel Adarsh Shastri has been fielded by the Congress party from Dwarka Assembly seat.
