Delhi air quality remains very poor; some areas reach severe levels

New Delhi, Nov 2 (UNI) The air quality in Delhi-NCR continues to remain in the "very poor" category, with the AQI level reaching 336 as of 6 PM on Saturday.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the AQI in some parts of the city reached severe levels, crossing the 400 mark. Anand Vihar recorded an AQI of 407, Burari Crossing recorded 379, Sonia Vihar’s AQI reached 388, Punjabi Bagh recorded an AQI of 367, and Rohini recorded an AQI of 353.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted that Delhi and NCR are likely to experience smog and shallow fog during the night and morning hours until tomorrow.
