DC launches 'Him Suraksha Abhiyan' in Hamirpur

Hamirpur, HP, Nov 25 (UNI) Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur, Debasweta Banik on Wednesday launched ‘Him Suraksha Abhiyan’ to sensitise the people regarding Covid-19 pandemic and to collect information regarding TB, Leprosy, sugar, blood pressure etc. by a door-to-door campaign in the State.
As many as 532 teams have been constituted in the district to complete the campaign that would end on December 27th. These teams would visit each house in the district and get health related information about the people living in each household covering a population of 4, 85,000.
While launching the programme, she appealed to the people to provide wholehearted support to the health workers by providing them accurate information about their diseases and health parameters so that all sorts of facilities were provided to them to get them cured.
