Dayashankar's family lodges FIR against Mayawati, others

Lucknow, Jul 22 (UNI) The family of expelled BJP leader Dayashankar Singh today registered an FIR against BSP president Mayawati and other party leaders for threatening and using abusive language against the female members of the family during their protest in Lucknow.
The FIR was lodged at Hazratganj police station by Tetra Devi, mother of Dayashankar, who was accompanied by the sacked leader's wife Swati Singh.
Police sources here said the FIR has been registered against Ms Mayawati, State Party president Ramachal Rajbhar, leader of the opposition in the State Legislative Council Nasimuddin Siddique, party national secretary Mewa Lal Gautam and others.
