Dalit-backward society facing institutional oppression in Yogi rule: Lallu

Lucknow, Oct 20 (UNI) Terming the arrest of Congress's Scheduled Caste Cell Chairman Alok Prasad as undemocratic, party's state unit president Ajay Kumar Lallu on Tuesday alleged that the Yogi government is working to suppress the voice of the Congress in every manner.
Talking to media persons here, Mr Lallu averred that the Yogi government is anti-Dalit and anti-backward classes. The Congress is raising the voice on the failures and oppression of the failed Yogi government on every front, due to which the Yogi government, is taking an action driven by political malice and contemptuousness, and has put Alok Prasad in jail after implicating him in a fake case.
Mr Lallu claimed that people have been forced to take the extreme step of self-immolation outside the Lok Bhawan every other day as the Yogi government has been completely unsuccessful in getting justice delivered to the public.
