Cruise drugs case witness Gosavi sent to police custody in cheating case

Palghar, Dec 2 (UNI) Kiran Gosavi—one of the prime witness in the cruise drugs bust case—was remanded into police custody till December 7, stated Palghar Rural SP Datttreya Shinde on Thursday.
Talking to media persons, police spokesman Sachin Navadkar said, "The Palghar police had formed teams to arrest Gosavi against whom a criminal offence of cheating had been registered with the Kelwa police station."
He continued, "The Palghar police sought custody of Gosavi who has been earlier arrested by the Pune police. After following due formalities, he was placed under arrest at around 1.00 a.m. on Thursday.”
