Criminal on the run for over 9 years held by crime branch : Delhi Police

New Delhi, Jun 19(UNI) Delhi Police have nabbed a dreaded gangster and dacoit Mukesh Gujjar who carried a reward of Rs one lakh on his head, police said on tuesday.
According to police , Gujjar was on the run for about 9 years, having being declared as a (PO) proclaimed offender with involvement in several cases of murder , attempt to murder , narcotics , arms act and others.
He was apprehended from preeti Viar Hapur Uttar Pradesh on Sunday at around 1000 hours after tip-off from a secret informer , later was arrested under section 41/1 of the CrPC, the police said.
