According to police sources, on August 20, 2016 one of the investor Ganesh Desai of Nashik had registered a complaint against 11 directors of HOI company for duping the investors. But police did not take any action against the directors. The investors kept pressurising the police about an action against HOI directors. The Crime Branch arrested five directors of HOI company yesterday namely Bhagwant Shivaji Kotule, Mahesh Sudhakar Nerkar, Anil Nivrutti Kotule, Ravindra Pundalik Dalvi and Darshan Vijay Shirsat.
