Pune, Jan 21 (UNI) A director of a foreign bank has filed a criminal writ petition in the Bombay High Court against the bank, its top officials and also the police for their alleged failure to register the First Information Report against the bank and its top officials.
Ranjit Anand, who was working as director of Credit Suisse Bank for last 10 years, has filed a criminal writ petition in the high court against six top bank officials and equal number of police officers through Supreme Court lawyer Aashutosh Srivastava here recently.
In the writ petition, Mr Anand has alleged that the bank had cheated him and asked him to leave forcibly after exploiting all the resources from him in the benefit of the bank.
