CREDAI Telangana announces it’s new office bearers

Hyderabad, Sep 19 (UNI) The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Telangana on Thursday announced its new office bearers for the period 2019 to 2021, who would be responsible for spearheading and strengthening the CREDAI initiatives in Telangana and support the development of the sector in the region.
The newly elected office bearers of CREDAI Telangana were G Ram Reddy (Chairman), Ch Ramchandra Reddy, (President) and D Murali Krishna Reddy (President-Elect), E Premsagar Reddy as Secretary, K Indrasena Reddy, G Ajay Kumar, C Jagan Mohan , V Madhusudhan Reddy ( all Vice Presidents), and Gopal Pancharia, Pallerla Raju, Y Saideswar Rao ( all Joint Secretaries) and B Panduranga Reddy as Treasurer and others who would all work together for the betterment of real estate sector in Telangana State.
The new team set the agenda by announcing an increased focus on builders unity to promote the activities in the chapters of CREDAI Telangana along with the focus on consumer satisfaction and adherence to ethical standards of operations in real estate industry as the key objectives for this year.
Speaking on the occasion, newly elected Chairman said, though the real estate sector was lagging behind the rest of the country, the real estate sector in Hyderabad and rest of the state is showing positive growth in terms of absorption of office spaces and sales of the properties due to the proactive policies and initiatives taken by the state government.
''We are strengthening the team at CREDAI Telangana to ensure better reach to the consumers and for better and more ethical standards in the real estate sector across the state'', he added.
Outlining the agenda of the new office bearers, Ramchandra Reddy said, ''we expected to get huge demand in the coming 2-3 years as Hyderabad real estate prices are lower than other cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Pune.
We have immense confidence in the leadership of our Chief Minister and his commitment to driving the growth throughout the state, by building infrastructure and creating industrial clusters between major districts in the state driving growth and creating jobs'', the newly elected President added.
The newly elected CREDAI Telangana team pledged to support to the Chief Minister in all plans to develop, beautify and glorify Telangana State.
