According to State Election Commission, other parties, including tribal based IPFT and INPT, were not able to field candidates for the election slated on February 24. Tripura ADC is spread over two-third geography of the state, having 4,597 seats across 587 villages. The withdrawal of nomination is scheduled tomorrow, which will give a clear picture of the contesting candidates.
