CPI(M) slams PM for doing alleged photoshoot hours after Pulwama terror attack

New Delhi, Feb 22 (UN) Lashing out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the reports that Mr Modi was busy with a photoshoot at the time of Pulwama terror attack, Communist Party of India general secretary Sitaram Yechury on Friday said that “never in the history of independent India, have we seen such an attitude from someone occupying the high post".
Quoting media reports that Mr Modi has continued the photoshoot at Corbett park, even three hours after the news of killing of 40 CRPF soldiers had come in, Mr Yechury tweeted that “his minions attack others when Modi himself kept on shooting a PR film for a private TV channel at a resort as our soldiers died”.
Earlier in the day, Congress party also criticised the Prime Minister and alleged the latter was ‘insensitive’ and 'incompetent' as “he continued his photoshoot just after the terror attack and addressed a rally without mentioning the incident.
