Bhubaneswar, Jun 4 (UNI) A COVID positive pregnant lady delivered a healthy male baby at the Covid-19 hospital of Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) here, an official statement said on Thursday.
KIMS sources claimed that on June 1, the country’s first dedicated Covid-19 hospital had successfully handled childbirth by a Covid positive woman.
The pregnant lady, who had returned from outside state, was referred from a peripheral quarantine centre to KIMS Covid Hospital on May 30.
