COVID claims two more lives in Punjab, toll rises to 10

Chandigarh, Apr 9 (UNI) Corona virus has claimed ten lives in Punjab so far as two patients died to the deadly virus in the state on Thursday.
One patient lost his life due to COVID-19 in Ropar district and another person in Barnala district today, an official bulletin said.
However, media reports said that a 59 year old man, a resident of Mittha Bazaar, who was tested positive yesterday and admitted in the civil hospital, also died this morning. The deceased was the father of a Congress activist close to Bawa Henri, Congress MLA from the Jalandhar North Constituency.
