COVID-19 toll in Bengal touches 4,606; Suvendu Adhikari tests positive

Kolkata, Sep 25 (UNI) The COVID-19 toll in West Bengal rose to 4,606 with the death of 62 persons on Thursday and the tally touched 2,37,869 with 3,196 new confirmed cases, while State Transport Minister Suvendu Adhikari tested positive for COVID-19 and was under home isolation.
According to the latest State Government Health bulletin, the active cases accounted for 25,221, while the number of discharged cases stood at 2,08,042.
The percentage of discharged rose to 87.46 per cent.
