COVID-19 positive cases continue to mount in Telangana, 2092 cases, 13 deaths reported

Hyderabad, Aug 6 (UNI) Telangana reported 2,092 new COVID-19 postive cases, the highest so far, till 2000 hours on Wednesday night taking the overall cumulative cases to 73,050.
The state had recorded more than 2,000 positive cases a day twice earlier, once on July 31 (2,083 ) and August 5 (2,013).
With 13 more COVID-19 deaths reported during the last 24 hours,the overall fatalities mounted to 589 so far, a bulletin issued by the state health department said on Thursday.
