Raipur, Oct 31 (UNI) COVID-19 (Coronavirus) death toll has crossed 2000 mark in Chhattisgarh.
As many as 1718 fresh Coronavirus patients were detected in the state during the last 24 hours while 258 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery.
According to information received from health department out of 1718 fresh COVID positive cases maximum 285 belong to Raigarh while 62 patients were found in Durg, 70 in Rajnandgaon, 79 in Balod, 30 in Bemetara, 28 in Kawardha, 152 in Raipur, 33 in Dhamtari, 67 in Baloda-Bazaar, 83 in Mahasamund, 25 in Gariaband, 117 in Bilaspur, 152 in Janjgir, 25 in Mungeli, 8 in Pendra, 52 in Sarguja, 35 in Koriya, 15 in Surajpur, 35 in Balrampur, 7 in Jashpur, 60 in Bastar, 51 in Kondagaon, 39 in Dantewada, 52 in Sukma, 20 in Kanker, 8 in Narayanpur and 15 in Bijapur. Four Coronavirus positive patients have come from other states. Process of their hospitalisation is underway.
