Covid-19: 9 new cases detected in Kolhapur

Kolhapur, Jan 24 (UNI) Nine fresh Covid-19 patients and one death were reported today, taking the district's tally of such cases to 49,849 and the death toll to 1,717, respectively.
On the other hand, 21 more patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking the overall count of recoveries to 48,067.
There are now 65 active cases in the district, an official report said.

Mumbai, Feb 28(UNI) Maharashtra state Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant has announced that college students will be able to appear for exams both online and offline in the wake of rising rates of corona virus infection in the state.
While clarifying it on Saturday, Mr Samant said that the students who take the exam offline will be able to take the exam by following all the rules regarding coronavirus infection.
