Covid-19: 6,000 new cases added in M'rashtra

Mumbai, Oct 25 (UNI) Maharashtra on Sunday added 6,059 fresh Covid-19 cases and 112 fatalities, taking the state's tally and the death toll of such cases to 16,45,020 and 43,772, respectively.
On the other hand, 5,648 patients were discharged during the day across the state, taking the tally of recoveries to 14,60,755.
There are now 1,40,493 active cases in the state, the latest report from the state Health department said.
