COVID-19: 293 new cases, 7 more deaths in HP

Shimla, Sep 25 (UNI) As many as 293 new COVID-19 cases were detected in the state mounting the tally of positive cases to 13679 while seven more people died surging the death toll to 152, state Government officer said.
Additional Chief Secretary of Health R D Dhiman said that 57 cases were registered in Kangra, 48 in Sirmaur, 36 in Shimla, 34 in Mandi and Una, 26 in Solan, 16 in Bilaspur, 15 in Hamirpur, nine each in Kullu and Kinnaur, seven in Chamba and two in Lahaul Spiti.
He further said that two each died in Shimla and Solan, one each in Chamba, Hamirpura and Sirmaur.The deceased include one women and six men between age group of 35 to 66 years and most of them were co-morbid.
