Lucknow, Sep 16(UNI) The special CBI court hearing the Babri mosque demolition case of December 6,1992, in which senior Bharatiya Janata Party leaders LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Kalyan Singh and Uma Bharti are among the 32 accused, will be pronouncing its judgement on September 30.
The special CBI judge S K Yadav has completed all the arguments and have reserved its judgement on September 2 last and the court on Wednesday announced that it will announce the verdict on September 30.
It could be a coincidence that the special bench of the Allahabad High Court had given its judgement on the Ayodhya land dispute 10 years back on September 30, 2010.
The three-judge bench had given a fractured mandate of 3-2 in support of the Ramjanambhoomi.
Later the Supreme Court on November 9, last year gave the entire land for the Ram temple and the foundation of the temple was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 5 last.
The special court has directed all the 32 accused including former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani, former Union minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh to be present in the court on the day of the judgement.
The hearing of the trial was completed on August 30 but the written submission was made on September 2, after which the verdict was reserved.
The special judge S K Yadav, who has retired but was on extension by the orders of the Supreme Court, has been asked by the Apex Court to complete the formalities by September 30.
