Court rejects bail of woman in molestation case, citing safety of minor victim

Mumbai, Jan 23 (UNI) The bail plea of a 45-year-old woman, arrested on the alleged charge of molesting a minor boy, was rejected by the Civil and Sessions Court, here on Wednesday.
The Court stated that the accused, if released, may harass the 12-year-old victim, in order to change his statement on record.
According to police, the incident happened on January 5, when the boy, along with his two siblings, went to visit his mother, residing in Bandra suburb of the city.
