Court orders to issue summons against RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari in a defamation case

Patna, Sep 18 (UNI) A local court today took cognisance of a matter related to defamation case involving RJD vice president Shivanand Tiwari and ordered to issue summons against him.

Additional chief judicial magistrate cum judge of special court constituted for hearing criminal cases pending against MPs and MLAs Rajiv Nayan ordered for issuing summons against Mr Tiwari after finding the case registered under section 500 of Indian Penal Code prima facie correct.
