Court orders police to file case against Akbaruddin Owaisi in alleged 'hate' speech

Hyderabad, Nov 21 (UNI) The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate here Thursday directed the Saidabad police to register a case against All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) MP Assaduddin Owaisi's younger brother and floor leader in Telangana State Legislative Assembly Akbaruddin Owaisi in an alleged ‘hate’ speech .
City-based advocate K Karunasagar had earlier made a complaint with the court against Akbaruddin for his controversial comments made at a public meeting in July this year at Karimnagar in the state.
Based on the complaint, the court ordered Saidabad Police to register a case against MIM MLA and asked to submit a report before it on or before December 23, 2019.
