Court dismissed parole application in Junior wrestler Sagar Dhankar murder case

New Delhi, Dec 8 (UNI) A Delhi Court dismissed the custody parole application of one of the accused arrested along with wrestler Sushil Kumar in the charge of murder, attempt to murder, rioting, unlawful assembly and other sections including criminal conspiracy in Junior wrestler Sagar Dhankar murder case.
Applicant/accused Prince Dalal S/o Narung Dalal moved an application for grant of one day custody parole on medical ground.
Medical Officer submits before the Court that surgery of kidney stone of applicant/accused was done outside and at that time uretral stents were fixed by the doctors of RJ Super Speciality Hospital, Bahadhur Garh, Haryana i.e. Private Hospital. It is further submitted that if the applicant/accused is willing to remove the uretal stents in a Govt. Hospital, he can file the appropriate application for removal of uretral stents before the concern jail authorities.
