New Delhi, Aug 16 (UNI) A lower court today ordered Payal Abdullah, the estranged wife of former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah, to vacate the government accommodation allotted to him in the Capital. Ms Payal Abdullah had sought that she may be either allowed to continue staying at Bungalow No 7, Akbar Road, or allotted another suitable government accommodation where the security personnel, numbering 94, can effectively protect her. District & Sessions Judge Amarnath after hearing the arguments on behalf of Ms Payal Abdullah dismissed the plea to quash the eviction notice issued against her on June 30 by the Estate Officer of the Jammu and Kashmir government to vacate Bungalow No 7 on Akbar Road.
