Country’s economy indicating fast recovery: Amit Shah

New Delhi, Nov 30 (UNI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday said that the economy of the country is indicating signs of fast recovery and despite decline in global economy during Covid pandemic, the Indian economy is to soon normalize due to hard work of Modi Government.

While unveiling two flyover bridges in his Parliamentary constituency Gandhinagar in Gujarat via video conferencing from Delhi, he said that the Modi Government used the Corona crisis period as an opportunity for the growth of industrial policy, education policy, and other important far-reaching policy reforms in the social sector.
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi used the Covid 19 period to visualise policy making, keeping its long-term impact on Indian economy", Mr Shah said.
Appreciating the efforts of the Gujarat Government for maintaining the pace of development despite the economy slowdown due Covid pandemic, the Gujarat government has been leading the nation in infrastructure building and has created many firsts in all round development.
Citing the examples 24x7 electricity in villages, creating modern health infrastructure, developing alternative energy sources, building private ports etc, the Home Minister also expressed satisfaction that during Corona crisis, developmental march of state Government has not stopped.
The two flyover bridges inaugurated in his Parliamentary constituency of Gandhinagar by him will de-congest the traffic in the city.
The two are one flyover bridge at Sindhu Bhavan Cross Road is of 245 metres length and built at cost of Rs. 35 crore and second flyover bridge at Sanand Junction, is constructed at cost of Rs 36 crore.
During the inaugural function, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani also joined.
