Fourteen tables were set up and in excess of 20 rounds are to be conducted. Adhering to the norm, postal ballots were taken up first. As is the case in this state’s bipolar politics, the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are on collision course. The Congress’ Kantilal Bhuria – an erstwhile central minister who represented Ratlam in the 12th, 13th, 14, 15th and 16th Lok Sabhas – is in an eyeball-to-eyeball confrontation with the saffron camp’s youthful countenance Bhanu Bhuria.
