Coronavirus: 95 new cases in Sikkim, tally at 2704

Gangtok,Sep 25 (UNI) Coronavirus has been gradually spreading in Sikkim with an upward trend.
A total of 95 new Coronavirus cases have been recorded today.
The Minister for Rural Development Sonam Lama, Mayor Gangtok Municipal Corporation Shakti Singh Chowdhary and District Collector North Tenzing T Kaleon have also tested positive.

policies of the Centre the agriculture sector was in danger and the farmers are on the verge

COVID-19: Toll in Bengal rises to 6,664, cases touch 3,61,703

Kolkata, Oct 28 (UNI) The COVID-19 toll in Bengal rose to 6,664 with the death of 60
persons on Wednesday, while the tally touched 3,61,703 with 3,924 new confirmed
cases.
According to the latest State Government Health bulletin, the active cases accounted
for 37,111, while the number of discharged cases stood at 3,17,928.
The percentage of discharged rose to 87.90 per cent.

Three more COVID-19 deaths, 90 fresh cases in Meghalaya

Shillong, Oct 28 (UNI) Meghalaya on Wednesday recorded three more COVID-related deaths,
including two women, pushing up the number of fatalities to 85, while 90 fresh cases took the
number of active cases to 1,364, even as 134 more recoveries took the number of recovered
persons to 7,777, health officials said.

Dr Mukul Sangma on Wednesday unearthed fresh mined coal at Khleihrangnah in West Jaintia
Hills district despite the National Green Tribunal imposed a ban in the State on rat-hole mining
of coal.
