Corona tally reaches 75,089 in Jharkhand with 1,141 fresh cases, 3 deaths

Ranchi, Sep 23 (UNI) With a total of 1,141 fresh cases detected across the 23 districts of the state on Wednesday, the overall tally of Covid-19 reached 75,089.
During the day 3 deaths were reported including 1 each East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum and Ramgarh districts due to which the overall death count has increased to 648 in the state. The mortality rate among the patients currently stands at 0.86 percent.
As per the information provided by the health department the number of active cases in the state was 12,882 while number of cured and discharged cases stood at 61,559. The total number of death caused by Coronavirus in the state stood at 648.
