Entertainment » OtherPosted at: May 20 2016 10:03PM Convicts in Telgi scam moves court for permission to visit CanadaMumbai, May 20 (UNI) K K Parmar, a former assistant police inspector, convicted in the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam of Abdul Karim Telgi, today moved the Bombay High Court seeking permission to go to Canada to attend his son's convocation. Parmar, who was sentenced to five years in jail and is out on bail, sought permission to go to Canada from June 5 to attend the convocation, saying he had obtained a six-month visa. Judge Ajay Gadkari asked him to file a schedule or programme of the convocation and posted the hearing on May 27.
