Contempt charges framed against UP Additional Chief Secy Higher Education

Prayagraj, Dec 10 (UNI) Allahabad High Court has framed contempt of court charges against Additional Chief Secretary of education department for intentionally ignoring Court’s order.
The Court has given time till January 7 to file the explanation. Justice Sunit Kumar passed this order on contempt petition of management committee of Sri Triveni Sanskrit College Prayagraj.
The court said permission of hiring teacher as per rules of Sampurnand Sanskrit University Varanasi should be allowed till commission can make regulations for teacher’s selection.
