Consensus achieved before selecting Amravati for capital city: Naidu

Vijayawada, Aug 14 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party national president and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu objected to the 'misinformation campaign' by the Jagan Mohan Reddy headed government that the previous TDP regime had not brought any development, but only showed 'graphics' to the people on capital city Amaravati.
Mr Naidu asserted that over Rs 41,675 crore worth projects were grounded for developing the government and public infrastructure in Amaravati and 45 to 80 per cent works were completed on different buildings already.
Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and his Ministers were making false claims on 'graphics' only to destroy the high potential, dream capital of Andhra Pradesh out of political vendetta, he slammed.
