Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 24 2016 5:17PM Congress to oppose CAMPA bill in ParliamentBhubaneswar, Jul 24 (UNI)Congress will oppose the Compensatory Afforestation Management and Authority(CAMPA) Bill proposed to be introduced in Parliament in a day or two,former Union Minister Jairam Ramesh said here today.Mr Ramesh who was here as a member of the five member fact finding team of the Congress to probe the killing of five tribals allegedly in SOG firing on July 8 last said, the Congress would oppose the bill as it has no provision for implementation of Forest Rights Act.(FRA)..Mr Ramesh said the BJD has decided to support the bill .
