Congress extends invitation to Arvind Kejriwal for debt waiver function in Punjab

Chandigarh, Jan 21 (UNI) Senior Congress leader and Punjab Cooperation Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has extended invitation to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the debt waiver function scheduled for January 23 at Bathinda and January 24 at Sri Anandpur Sahib to make the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo see for himself the debt waiver scheme of the state government.
The Minister also congratulated the AAP supremo in regard with the declaration by his ‘Super MP’ Bhagwant Mann for pledging to shun alcohol.
Mr Randhawa said that with the Lok Sabha elections around the corner, Arvind Kejriwal has suddenly developed love for Punjab. He also said that Kejriwal should first make his stand clear on the river water issue.
