Tura (Meghalaya), Mar 21 (UNI) Former Meghalaya Chief Minister and Congress candidate for Tura parliamentary seat, Mukul Sangma on Thursday dubbed chief minister Conrad Sangma as a “puppet”.
“He (Conrad) has totally failed to run the state. He is a puppet and there are others who pull the strings,” Mukul said addressing his party workers at Congress Bhawan here in the West Garo Hills district.
Three sitting members of Garo Hills Autonomous District Council - - Rupert M.Sangma, Mark Goera B.Marak (both Independents) Jimbirth Marak of Garo National Council - - joined the Congress party at the official homecoming ceremony at Tura Congress Bhavan.
