Congress adopting chal, bal aur dushtata to grab power: Modi

Prayagraj, Dec 16 (UNI) Hitting out at Congress for threatening the the judiciary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has alleged that the party was trying to grab power for weakening the Constitutional institutions and adopting the policy of 'chal, bal aur dushtata'( betrayal,might and crookedness).

"The party which ruled the country for maximum period of time, weakened all the constitutional institutions, including judiciary, and went to the extent of ignoring the seniority of Judges just to see a favourable person on the higest post of judiciary, " he said Awhile addressing a public meeting here after worshipping at Sangam and inspecting the Kumbh preparation and visiting the Akshya Vat on Sunday.
