New Delhi, Aug 12 (UNI) Congress on Friday took a dig at Arvind Kejriwal-led government over spike in Covid-19 cases in Delhi.
"Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is making statements and locking horns with the Central government on the 'revdi (freebie) culture', instead of implementing strong steps to arrest the spike in the pandemic," Delhi Congress unit president Anil Kumar Chaudhary said.
He said, "The Kejriwal government should have taken strong steps when the national Capital witnessed an uptick in daily Covid-19 cases over the last week. As many as 2,726 Covid-19 cases were reported in the national capital on Thursday. It is a matter of grave concern."
