Cong stages protest against CAB in Arunachal

Itanagar, Jan 24 (UNI) Congress on Thursday held a protest here against the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB), 2016, which seeks to give Indian citizenship to persecuted religious minorities from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
Scores of Congress workers and leaders marched from the party headquarters towards the Secretariat here, demanding scrapping of the Bill.
The party workers holding black flags, placards and banners raised slogans against the BJP led NDA Government at the Centre, and in Arunachal Pradesh.
