Jaipur, Dec 11 (UNI) Reacting to the favourable trends, emerging from the counting of votes of Assembly elections to Rajasthan on Tuesday, state Congress chief Sachin Pilot said the party was set to form the government with a comfortable majority in the largest state of the country.
Talking to the media here, Mr Pilot said the grand old party was set to form government not only in Rajasthan, but also in the states of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
He said this was the result of the hard work, put in by Congress workers, while people were annoyed with the Vasundhara Raje government, which had not done much during the last five years.
According to Mr Pilot, 'Rahul Gandhi became the Congress president on December 11, last year and the party is going to form government in three states on the same date, this year. What better gift can Mr Gandhi ask for?'
