New Delhi, Oct 22 (UNI) The Congress on Sunday released the third and final list of candidates for the Assembly polls in Himachal, with Mr Vikramaditya Singh, son of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, being named as a candidate from Shimla Rural. The list, cleared by the Central election committee of the Congress and released by AICC general secretary Oscar Fernandes, also includes name of Ms Champa Thakur from mandi. The Congress had earlier released two lists of candidate for the state Assembly polls. The polls to the 68 member state Assembly are scheduled on November 9.
