Cong leader advises PM Modi to “make a sacrifice” in national interest, move toward retirement

Mumbai, May 11 (UNI) Maharashtra Congress President Harshvardhan Sapkal said here on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s advice to the people regarding reducing the use of petrol-diesel, buying of gold, fertilizers, and consumption of edible oil, "is proof that he has utterly failed in running the country".
Talking to mediapersons, Sapkal said, "While Modi and his associates unnecessarily advise and preach sacrifice to the public, they themselves are wasting crores of rupees lavishly."
"Should all the sacrifice be made only by the people while Narendra Modi merely travels around giving speeches in front of cameras? "questioned Sapkal.

Mumbai, June 9 (UNI) Telecom sevices provider Vodafone Idea (Vi) informed the stock exchange in a regulatory filing here today that the Bombay High Court has quashed the one-time spectrum charge (OTSC) demand raised by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) against the company and its erstwhile subsidiary Spice Communications, which has provided the company a relief of Rs 2,113 crores.
