Cong dares PM to give date when PMC bank customers can withdraw money

New Delhi, Oct 16 (UNI) Attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the PMC bank scam, the Congress on Wednesday challenged him to announce the date when all the depositors of PMC Bank can withdraw their money according to their convenience, as per the earlier system.
Addressing the mediapersons here, Congress spokesperson Akhilesh Pratap Singh challenged Mr Modi to make this announcement within 24 hours.
He further said that wherever the elections are to take place soon , there has been no announcement or statement from the leaders regarding the real developmental work done by the BJP Governments at the centre and in the states.
Rather they are reflecting differences between the ruling dispensation and the opposition.
He further said that the economy is not stabilising and global firms are coming out with reports that clearly show the economy is becoming weak.
Congress has also alleged that the PMC bank fraud is the reason behind the deaths of three of its depositors, who lost their lives with a common reason that triggered immense stress
The grand old party said that these deaths cannot be considered as normal deaths. Rather, it is the carelessness of the system that has killed these people.
Responsibility behind these deaths should be fixed and those found responsible for the same should be punished , the Congress said.
